Today, 20% of the global population are considered to be neurodivergent. But brands and businesses are missing out on their skills, ideas, perspectives and loyalty because their customer and employee experiences aren’t built with them in mind.
In March 2025, Havas launched a new Neurodiversity Center of Excellence to change that. We were tasked with developing a name, visual brand and launch campaign for Neurodiversity Pride Day that coincided with Cannes Lions 2025.
