For this pitch, we developed 2 concept ideas for a Retail Shift Manager recruitment campaign.
The first route played on the idea of variety. Our research showed that the best Retail Shift Managers love the variety of working at Lidl. They’re fully invested in the challenge and the graft that comes with running their team and shift. And we wanted to capture that dynamism and buzz in a way that represents the spirit of Lidl.
The second route played on the idea of personality. Our creative starting point was the idea that few are taking a joyful approach to bring the people at the heart of the job to the forefront. We wanted to do something disruptive that let the Lidl personality and attitude shine through, in a way that celebrates the current Retail Shift Managers and the difference they make, and welcomes in a wave of new ones.
